Orders are sent to our fulfillment partner for processing after purchase. Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address used at checkout.

Delivery times

Delivery times can vary based on destination, carrier conditions, and fulfillment routing. Tracking is the best source for the most current delivery status.

Delayed or missing shipments

If tracking has not updated for an extended period or your order has not arrived, contact us at Support.dinozaza@gmail.com with your order number. For unresolved U.S. shipments that exceed 45 days from the shipping date, we will review the order for replacement or refund eligibility.
